a light in the end.....

Well my Mom died last night ,
thinking of the good things
And you came across my mind
she was fun and honest.
need I say more
And the days go on
and the stories are great
to have a Mom like that is great
but we will never talk again
Took your advice and the last thing I remember
is holding her hand and giving her a kiss
and she smiled
as best as she could
We talked and she listened
and she moved on
and my son said
I'll miss her
